The Recycle Used Oil Plant is designed by using the Thin Film Evaporator and Molecular Distillation Technology. The Thin Film Evaporator is used mainly for the removal of water from the used oil while the Molecular Distillation is used to separate slugde and the base oil (finished product).

This technology will give good quality finished product and low waste.

The plant is used for waste oil recycling, and would be capable of handling various grades of waste/used oils such as used engine oil, hydraulic oil, and various grade of lubricants, etc.

The Plant can also be used for recycling spent solvents, oily-water emulsified, nevertheless, working temperature maybe different when it comes to handling different grade and different type materials on above.

There is no need of any chemical or solvent  required for this technology, nevertheless, paraffin or asphaltene dispersant maybe needed when it comes to handling sticky waste hydraulic oil.

The yield of product output is 90%.  The plant will be operated under vacuum operation whereas the utilities required is thermal oil system, cooling water system and chilled water system.
