Laboratory spray dryer is mainly used in universities. research centers, and specialist powder production facilities. It has been introduced to meet the increasing demand for a more flexible, reliable, modern and easy-to-handle laboratory dryer incorporating levels of control systems.

Sray drying is a unique drying process involving both particle formation and drying. The powder characteristics can be controlled and powder properties can be maintained constant during continuous operation. The selection andoperation of the atomizer is of extreme importance in achieving an optimum operation.

A drying chamber, piping and collection system are made of high quality heat-resistant glass so that the entire spray drying process is intuitive to provides a great convenience for the researchers to control the experimental process.

Two fluid nozzle atomization structure, with the nozzle cleaner (via needle) can be automatically cleared when the nozzle is blocked. The spray dryer is manufactured by using high quality stainless steel, compact design, without ancillary equipment, easy to use.

The processing parameters can be set accordingly for the purpose of data acquisition and process monitoring and control. In order to ensure the purity of the sample, the air inlet is equipped with air filters, parts in contact with the material using high-quality heat-resistant glass, easy removal and easy cleaning.
