SUPERFINE GRINDER
GENERAL
Fine/Superfine grinder consists of three parts which are main machine, auxiliary machine and electrical control panel. The machine is extensively used in pharmaceutical, chemicals, foodstuff, medicines, cosmetic, dyestuff, resin, shell materials and so on. It is also used in the crashing and classification of raw materials.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The draft fan suction create negative pressure in the grinding section which will grind the raw material to the required mesh size before the grinded powder is separated in the cyclone section. The dust filter is also employed in the design to avoid any dust particles being discharge to the atmosphere.
