GENERAL
The vacuum freeze drier is a body of chamber structure which combine freeze system, vacuum chamber system, heat conduction oil system, vacuum exhaust system and heating&cooling plates where the raw material in the body of chamber to be dried throughout the operation.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The vacuum freeze dryer is an advanced method of dehydration whose process takes advantage of the principle of ice crystal's lyopilization under purified vacuum condition in which the water in ice form on the frozen goods can be directly lyophilized into steam without melting in advance ,thus the goods are dried .
The chamber is designed to withstand vacuum pressure condition and the plate holding the raw material can be operated in cooling and heating cycle.
