Precision pharmacy spray dryer (PSD) is used mainly for a heat-sensitive materials for traditional Malaysian and Chinese herbs, food, and chemical which has the unique drying characteristics, softening point is low, and strong moisture absorption characteristics.
FEATURES
- The wall and the top of drying chamber adopts air jacket cooling system to prevent the powder from melting and stick to the wall.
- The drying chamber is equipped with air sweeper design to eliminate or reduce the phenomenon of adhesion to the wall.
- The fine powder recovery adopts pneumatic conveyor system to prevent the products from moisture absorption.
- The cooling air technology is used between the droplet and hot air to prevent materials from returning the top and to cool the atomiser.
- The part contacting to powder material is made with sanitary structure.
- The configuration of advanced industrial control system guarantees a normal operation parameters and it is not influenced by external environment factors.
